Local Delivery Information

LOCAL HAND DELIVERY

We deliver in all areas of South Florida, including Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Please note that a local hand delivery service fee will be applied to all orders and the actual delivery service fee charged may vary depending on the delivery location.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer local same day delivery of all of our Fresh Roses in a Box arrangements in the Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach areas as long as your order is placed before 10 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday - Saturday. Orders received after that time, may be delivered the following business day. We do not take any orders for same day delivery on Sundays as we are closed.

OTHER INFORMATION

Please make sure to verify your recipient's delivery address and confirm that it has been entered accurately. If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can make the corrections or else we will be unable to deliver your package and your recipient will be disappointed by a delayed delivery!

Returns Policy

All our fresh cut flower arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Therefore, our products may not be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged during transit. All sales are final, and no refunds or store credit will be issued. Don de Fleurs®️ does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery.

Substitution Policy

I understand the featured arrangement is part of our fresh cut flowers collection which are perishable and since fresh flowers are a product of mother nature, the exact color tones of the flowers may vary to some degree. Light colored roses such as (white, yellow, light pink, lavender, and purple) are roses that may look distorted, and/or bruised. Please note due to uncontrollable circumstances and availability of fresh flowers during the season, our floral designers may adjust and substitute certain flowers within the color palette featured in this arrangement. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that this product may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
